In my small artisan roasting business I am very careful to require on much wholesale organization. Seems odd I understand but my reasoning may be the fact since wholesale green prices have increased (we pay 2 or 3 times what we paid each year ago) that can barely double our wholesale prices and make much belonging to the profit after costs. I am focusing on retail, however have that option as a roaster because i can roast my own coffee
